The H770 series magnetic level transmitter board, developed by Beijing Zhongrui Zhicheng Technology Co., Ltd., is a crucial component of level gauges. It is a high - precision instrument for liquid level measurement. This series is applicable to various liquid level measurement scenarios in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, food, pharmaceutical, and water treatment. It adopts advanced magnetic level sensing technology and comes with multiple models and configurations to meet the diverse needs of different users.

Model and Version

 

H770: Standard model with a maximum measurement range of 8 meters. It utilizes the HART communication protocol and is equipped with an LCD display for convenient data reading and operation.

H771: An integrated version of the standard, suitable for applications where space is limited. It has the same measurement capabilities as the H770CZ but without the LCD display, providing a more compact design.

H772: A dual current output version of the standard, capable of providing two independent 4 – 20mA current signals. It also features an LCD display and is suitable for complex control systems.

H780: The RS485 communication version, designed for long-distance communication and high-speed data transmission. It can be easily integrated into RS485 networks and is ideal for large-scale industrial automation systems.

Output: H770 outputs 4 – 20mA with superimposed HART communication; H772 outputs two channels of 4 – 20mA, with CH1 having superimposed HART communication and CH2 without HART.

User Calibration: 2 – 11 points calibration can be selected.

Upper and Lower Limit Calibration: A two-point calibration function to achieve fine adjustment of zero point and full scale.
