H3051 series intelligent pressure transmitter boards are specifically designed for high-performance diffused silicon, single-crystal silicon and other bridge-resistance pressure sensors based on the HART protocol. It can also be used with special sensors such as PT100, magnetic flap, sapphire and sputtered thin film sensors.

H3051 series pressure transmitter boards are widely used in automatic control program like Water resources and hydropower, railway, building automation, aerospace, military project, petrochemical, electronic, marine etc. Pressure transmitter board is used to measure the gas, steam’s level , density, and press. Then transform it into 4-20mA DC signal connecting to PC, control instrument etc.

Flexible sensor configuration HART-Tool configuration software can flexibly and conveniently configure the measurement range of sensors and the range of transmitter boards.
Flexible temperature compensation Supports to set 2 to 11 temperature points and 1 to 15 pressure points at each temperature. The temperature compensation methods are highly flexible and can meet the different needs of users. For example, only compensating the zero point; compensating both the zero point and the range simultaneously; or compensating the zero point, the range and the linearity.
Strong on-site anti-interference capability •Protected by conformal coating, which can effectively prevent the damage to the electronic components caused by the external environment.

•Equipped with anti-interference devices such as high-power TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) and magnetic beads internally, effectively suppressing various interferences on site.

•The EEPROM has an enhanced anti-interference design and complete data backup and recovery functions, thoroughly realizing maintenance-free operation on site.

Intelligent Self-inspection The software has the function of intelligent self-inspection, further ensuring high reliability on-site.
Useful Tools •HART-Tool configuration software: For the configuration and debugging of transmitter boards. For small-batch production of transmitter boards, this software can also be used.

•HART intelligent transmitter board batch-production software: With dedicated tooling, it can simultaneously complete linearization, temperature compensation, configuration, etc. of multiple transmitter boards.
